I had a new boiler system installed. The initial consultation was excellent. Appointments were kept promptly. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all questions. In my opinion, Bußmann places great emphasis on customer satisfaction.

I had a problem with my Buderus gas boiler, which stopped working. I only noticed it at 5:30 PM and called the emergency service. They were apparently busy but called back 15 minutes later. I explained the problem to the "real expert," and he arrived 20 minutes later. He got out of his van, grabbed a small box, and went straight to the boiler in the basement. He removed the cover, replaced the ignition sensor, turned the boiler on, and it worked again. He put everything back together properly, and the technician was gone. It took no more than 5 minutes. It's great that a 28-year-old system is being serviced. THANK YOU for the quick help!

Hi! Our heat pump unfortunately broke down about three weeks ago. The technician who came to our house was extremely competent and did an excellent job on both occasions. During the first visit, he got the system running again and gave us tips on what we could do ourselves in case of problems. However, he suggested that the heat pump should be thoroughly checked during a second, more extensive visit. During the second visit, he worked very carefully to identify the fault and explained the problem to me in a way that was easy to understand. The repair went smoothly, and our heat pump is now working perfectly again. We were truly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the Bußmann technician! We would like to sincerely thank Bußmann for their excellent work and can wholeheartedly recommend the company.
